Job summary

Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily spa operations, train front desk staff, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the GM, manage scheduling on weekends/holidays, and help drive brand standards across service and retail.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to coach a diverse hospitality team in a luxury spa setting. A passion for wellness and guest care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, massage/salon/spa, and/or hospitality management is favored.
• Ability to manage daily spa operations and staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in overseeing all spa operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
• Serve as first point of contact for large party needs and maintain professional spa image.
• Conduct daily huddles to motivate and coach team members toward goals.
• Lead front desk staff training and development to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor expenses against budget and support inventory processes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and brand standards.
