Job summary

WOODHOUSE DAY SPA is seeking a polished Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This working leadership role will have you at the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties while coaching the hospitality team to boost retail sales and maximize the appointment book.

You'll train new hires, serve as Manager on Duty, and partner with the Spa Director to uphold our guest journey standards from arrival to departure, ensuring exceptional hospitality and sales results across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Proven hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals.
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work regularly scheduled shifts on the front desk, personally performing Spa Coordinator duties.
• Coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail and hit sales goals.
• Run daily sales huddles and give real-time, on-the-floor coaching.
• Maximize the appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings.
• Ensure the guest journey is followed on every guest, from arrival to departure.
• Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty, supporting the Spa Director.
