The Woodhouse Spa in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Spa Coordinator to lead the Hospitality Team and deliver a signature guest experience. You will work closely with therapists, concierge, and spa attendants to ensure guests are comfortable, scheduled, and engaged, while driving sales and KPI performance.

This full-time role requires an energetic leader who can manage shifts, train staff, and maintain high standards across service areas.

Qualifications

• Relentlessly positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience in driving sales and hitting KPIs.
• Education: high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Hospitality Team of 9–14 employees.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist General Manager and cover duties as needed.
• Coach and develop Hospitality Team members.
• Manage inventory and process gift cards and refunds.
• Greet guests and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Educate guests on spa services and products.
• Coordinate spa events and maintain department SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive growth with training and competitions.
