Job summary

The Woodhouse Spa Wilmington is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily spa operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive team culture. This role also steps in for the General Manager when needed and requires strong leadership across all hospitality functions.

The position focuses on guest relations, staff supervision, budget monitoring, inventory control, and training on service protocols. Local partnerships and compliance are key components of success.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, massage/salon/spa, and/or hospitality management is favored.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience managing budgets and inventory in a spa or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with spa operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead front desk team and hospitality staff; coach and train employees.
• Monitor expenses against budget and manage inventory processes.
• Coordinate training on service protocols and product knowledge.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations and communities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and professional spa image.
