The Spa Coordinator - Keyholder role includes serving as Manager on Duty, resolving guest concerns, and helping train the next generation of hospitality talent while progressing toward management within Woodhouse.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or keyholder experience
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform all front desk and guest service duties at an advanced level
• Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing appointment flow and daily operations
• Resolve guest complaints and elevate when appropriate
• Maintain accuracy and accountability in opening and closing procedures, including required reporting and daily register reconciliation
• Support new hire training
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products to guests
