Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Coordinator - Keyholder to join our front desk team. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership is absent, resolve guest concerns, and help train the next generation of hospitality talent.

The role offers opportunities to grow into management, with ongoing leadership training and a focus on exceptional service in a luxury spa setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or keyholder experience
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform all front desk and guest service duties at an advanced level
• Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing appointment flow and daily operations
• Resolve guest complaints and elevate when appropriate
• Maintain accuracy and accountability in opening and closing procedures, including required reporting and daily register reconciliation
• Support new hire training
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products to guests
