The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring a Full-Time General Manager to oversee operations at our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You will lead daily spa operations, schedule guests and staff, coach a team, manage inventory and analyze performance, and drive local marketing efforts to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years spa/hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Schedule guests and team members effectively.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
• Understand software systems and analyze spa performance.
• Lead neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
• Ensure a phenomenal guest experience.
• Support growth through training and mentorship.
