Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is recruiting a General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This people-first, servant-leader role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience while increasing revenue and profitability across multiple Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations.

You will own spa performance, coach a high-performing team, and implement a culture of accountability and service excellence, ensuring a World Class Client experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead spa operations and overall performance.
• Drive sales, memberships, and profitability.
• Own key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team.
• Coach and develop staff with a people-first approach.
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs.
