Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas seeks a Spa Operation Supervisor to assist the Spa Operations Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and developing spa Members. You will guide day-to-day spa operations, oversee scheduling, support recruitment and training, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

This role requires leadership, multitasking, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a luxury resort setting.
• 6+ months of leadership/management experience in a resort spa preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent guest and Member skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Working knowledge of spa booking systems.
• Ability to multi-task while assisting multiple guests.
• Strong time management in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead, develop, mentor teams.
• Ability to resolve problems to guest and company satisfaction.
• Uphold integrity and standards of a regulated business.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist SOM with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee day-to-day spa floor operations and guest/Member issues.
• Develop spa Members through coaching and guidance.
• Manage scheduling and timekeeping for spa Members.
• Handle Spa Providers product ordering and monthly inventory.
• Assist SOM with asset protection and safety procedures.
• Ensure spa areas are clean and well maintained.
• Lead by example with guest service and adherence to policies.
• Attend training and staff meetings.
• Implement Fontainebleau culture values and standards.
• Assist reception and spa facilities as needed.
