Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Male Spa Host to oversee the front desk and guest relations within the spa. The Lead Spa Host ensures a warm welcome and efficient check-in/out, delivering outstanding service throughout the visit.

The role also serves as the first line of communication between spa leadership and host/linen runner teams. The position requires 18+ years of age, professional communication, and the ability to provide accurate responses, tours, and information about facilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-luxury spa or resort preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent guest and Member service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and interact as they enter and exit the facility.
• Provide a luxury experience and engage with guests and members.
• Keep spa facilities neat, clean, and stocked.
• Provide tours of facilities and explain features and benefits.
• Issue lockers, robes, and spa slippers.
• Assist with guest bookings and escort to treatments.
