Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee the Spa and Salon team, ensuring policies are followed and guests receive attentive service.

You will train new hires, manage schedules, assist with guest check-in, and maintain cleanliness and organization across the spa and gym areas.

This full-time role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a friendly, professional demeanor to support a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two to five years customer service experience with at least one year of spa fitness experience preferred.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills a must.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written form.
• Basic knowledge of spa software preferred.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment including multi-line phone system, fax and copy machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa/Salon staff and enforce policies and procedures.
• Instruct new hires on role expectations and responsibilities.
• Check guests in and out of spa/salon facility.
• Provide beverages, towels, robes, and slippers to guests.
• Maintain spa/salon cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Stock supplies and assist with linen handling as needed.
• Ensure services are completed promptly within time allotted.
