Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Properly open, close, and maintain the spa and salon according to standard operating procedures.
• Answer phones and process spa and salon reservations, changes, or cancellations.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Accurately explain spa and salon treatment menu and packages to guests.
• Assist guests regarding resort directions and amenities.
• Process billing and posting for spa, salon, and retail services.
• Assist in all areas of spa and salon operations as necessary.
