Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a proactive Spa Operations Supervisor to assist the Spa Operations Manager in daily spa operations, guest satisfaction, and member development. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and supporting the execution of key initiatives across the spa.

The SOS will help with scheduling, timekeeping, coaching spa Members, and coordinating with Spa Providers. Candidates should have at least two years in a luxury resort setting, leadership experience, and

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a luxury resort or similar setting.
• At least 6 months of leadership/management experience in a spa or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Operations Manager with day-to-day spa operations.
• Oversee scheduling and timekeeping for spa Members and staff.
• Support guest and Member issues with exemplary service.
• Develop spa Members through coaching and guidance.
• Assist with spa reception and facilities when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of spa areas.
• Lead by example in guest service and staff interactions.
• Participate in staff training and meetings.
• Ensure alignment with Fontainebleau culture values and standards.
