Job summary

Woodhouse Spa in Sarasota is seeking a Spa Coordinator (Assistant Manager) to be the friendly, welcoming face of the spa and to manage guest bookings, reception duties, and day-to-day operations.

As part of the team, you will promote services, upsell enhancements, and retail products while ensuring top-notch guest experience; prior spa front desk or hospitality management experience is preferred, with weekend availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of front desk/customer service management experience in spa/hospitality preferred.
• Experience using scheduling spa software preferred.
• Ability to work weekends (one weekend day shift) required.
• Strong professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and schedule appointments; handle spa logistics and concierge training.
• Sell enhancements, upgrade services, and retail.
• Direct guests to proper areas on check-in; provide information on Woodhouse Spa services.
• Ensure spa runs smoothly when Spa Director/Manager are not on site.
• Uphold Woodhouse Spa standards per Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.
