Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee Spa staff, ensuring duties and standards.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive daily communications log for Spa Associates.
• Evaluate inventory needs monthly and initiate re-orders from vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders for supplies from vendors.
• Maintain and update Spa desk procedures to current policies.
• Review and coordinate group bookings for specific group needs and preferences.
• Review reservation activity daily to verify treatments and availability.
• Conduct regular inspections of the Spa and facilities.
• Communicate staff changes for arriving groups.
• Ensure daily laundry requirements are met.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts of Professional Inventory for spa areas.
• Be prepared to cover Concierge or Spa Attendant roles during absences.
