Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a spa/hospitality or wellness environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and spa policies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including locker rooms and guest areas for cleanliness and service.
• Provide leadership to achieve departmental goals and business objectives.
• Develop and implement spa initiatives aligning with company objectives.
• Engage guests, respond to concerns with empathy and solutions.
• Manage scheduling changes, lunch breaks, and appointment adjustments.
• Monitor provider schedules to maximize room utilization.
• Serve as primary contact for appointment changes and scheduling.
• Oversee Spa Soft functions including scheduling, balancing, and data management.
• Operate spa POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, sanitation, and health requirements.
• Maintain employee records and payroll-related data.
• Assist with staffing for group bookings and events.
• Foster a positive team environment and service culture.
