Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Attendant to uphold high service standards in the Spa, locker rooms, lounges, and pools. You will guide guests, maintain hygiene, and support reception duties while ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include guest check-in, information provision, cleanliness, and collaboration with team members to meet service standards. Flexibility for peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests, familiarize them with locker room and facilities.
• Provide information on Spa and Resort operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in locker rooms, lounges, showers, and fitness areas.
• Cross-train in some reception desk duties and spa software understanding.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant guest visit.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe guest environment.
