Job summary

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a Spa Coordinator to greet guests, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a serene spa environment. You will ensure a warm, inviting atmosphere and guide guests through Spa experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, stocking supplies, guiding guests to changing areas, maintaining cleanliness of lounges, and assisting with tours and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift, hold, and carry 31-40 pounds
• Must have availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, mornings and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares treatment rooms and spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
• Greets guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary.
• Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Spa treatments and experiences.
• Maintain sanitary and safe condition to include shower areas, vanities and Aquavana spaces.
• Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition.
• Maintain Spa Garden spaces in a fashion that ensures neat, safe and sanitary conditions.
• Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
• Participates in periodic product inventory as directed.
• Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities.
