Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Spa Attendant to deliver high-quality service in the spa, locker rooms, and lounges. You will welcome guests, guide them through facilities, and help keep all areas impeccably clean and organized.

You will also assist with basic reception duties and spa software usage, ensuring a pleasant, safe visit for every guest while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire scheduled shift.

• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and familiarize guests with locker rooms and facilities.
• Be a source of information on spa and resort operations.
• Maintain highest cleanliness and organization standards for spa locker rooms, showers, lounges and related areas.
• Assist with reception duties such as tours and spa software knowledge as needed.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant guest visit.
• Maintain professional appearance according to Omni standards.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure guest safety.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
