Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests and familiarize them with locker facilities.
• Provide spa and resort information to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of locker rooms, showers, lounges, and related areas.
• Ensure indoor pool, changing rooms and fitness areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Cross-train in reception duties such as tours and spa software basics.
• Provide personal attention to create a pleasant guest experience.
• Collaborate with team and uphold Omni Boston Seaport standards of service.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
