Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver high-standard spa services and maintain Omni standards. The role focuses on creating a relaxing, balanced guest experience and requires setting up treatment rooms, sanitation, and proper stock management.

The candidate should have a current massage license and at least 1 year of experience, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License.
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must maintain high level of personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being always followed.
• Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
