Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and familiarize guests with the locker room and facilities.
• Be a source of information for guests regarding Spa and Resort operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in locker rooms, lounges, showers, toilets and related areas.
• Cross-train in some reception desk duties and spa software usage.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant guest visit.
• Attend required trainings and perform other duties as needed.
