Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Hot Springs, VA, seeks a Spa Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and serenity of the Spa and Fitness Center while delivering outstanding guest service. You will assist guests with locker setup, robes, and sandals, open spa areas, and ensure daily sanitation.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required. Prior spa or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate guest service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to navigate hotel facilities and provide directions.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for check-in/out processes or room allocation.
• Able to lift 31–40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Past spa or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of spa, fitness center, locker rooms and corridors.
• Assist guests with locker setup, robes and sandals, and provide orientations.
• Open/close spa areas (sauna, steam, whirlpool) and ensure daily sanitation.
• Replenish guest amenities and maintain linen supplies in spa areas.
• Monitor lounge areas for guest comfort and maintain equipment.
• Perform mineral soak treatment as required.
• Provide high standards of guest service in line with Omni commitments.
