Responsibilities

• Maintain spa common areas and prep between appointments.
• Knowledge of treatments and ability to recommend and upsell.
• Process spa reservations, billing and greet guests on arrival and departure.
• Support retail: guest assistance, product display, inventory, upsell and merchandising.
• Reconcile discrepancies for retail and treatments with guests or report to a Manager.
• Handle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction; communicate to management.
• Participate in designated programs, meetings and training; adhere to policies.
