Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales goals. You will educate guests on products, upsell services, and assist with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You\'ll arrive with a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby. The role includes processing payments, check-ins/outs, and guiding guests to pre-book benefits and the app for self-scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Exposure to luxury service is preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
