Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a motivated Spa Coordinator to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will greet clients, assist with treatment bookings, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the spa.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as weekend and holiday work will be required. A physical capability to handle up to 50 lbs is also essential.

Qualifications

• Preferred ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Physical ability to bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they enter the spa.
• Provide clients with tours and information related to the facility.
• Assist guests in preparing for their treatments.
• Coordinate with therapists to provide timely services.
• Assist guests with booking treatments and record transactions.
