Job description

The Spa Coordinator at Grand View Spa is an integral member of the team that creates distinctly different and authentic experiences. They will ensure guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with them in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for checking in and out of guests, scheduling appointments, greeting, and escorting guests to treatment areas, all while providing information concerning Spa facilities, retail, amenities, and treatments. Additionally, the Spa Coordinator supports the cleanliness and maintenance of standards in all guest amenity areas of the spa.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests as they enter the Spa
• Provide guests with tours and information related to the Spa and its features
• Assist guests with any questions they may have
• Answer telephone calls and emails based on standards of excellence
• Take appointments either by phone, email or in person and schedule them correctly with the perfect spa day for the guest in mind
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures
• Coordinate with the service providers to ensure timely execution of services
• Maintain thorough knowledge of and adherence to all procedures, protocols, and standards of the spa
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures
• Assist with retail sales, restocking inventory and cleanliness in the Spa Boutique
• Perform daily tasks as detailed on checklists and SOPs
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance based on Pyramid Appearance Standards
• Keep women’s and men’s areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with guest supplies
• Always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests and exemplify the SKR & Spa Culture
• Market the spa internally and externally by attending special events when requested
• Comply with all SKR & Spa policies and procedures
• Report any accidents or injuries immediately to Spa Director
• Report immediately all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
• Maintain the safety of work areas
• Attend all mandatory meetingsPerform other tasks, including cross‑training, as directed by Spa and SKR Management

Job Requirements
