Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a motivated Spa Coordinator to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will greet clients, assist with treatment bookings, and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the spa.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as weekend and holiday work will be required. A physical capability to handle up to 50 lbs is also essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients as they enter the spa.
• Provide clients with tours and information related to the facility and its features.
• Assist guests in preparing for their treatments.
• Coordinate with therapists to provide timely services.
• Assist guests with booking treatments, either by phone or in person, and record the transactions in the appropriate area.
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of spa services, products, and procedures.
• Report any accidents or injuries to the security department.
• Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, and provide direction or instruction when appropriate.

Qualifications

Compensation

Hourly: $18.25 – $18.25. Compensation may vary based on qualifications.
