Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will own spa performance, drive guest experience, and deliver top-line growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, manage KPIs and P&L, and execute local marketing and community outreach to maximize memberships and service utilization while upholding a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa operations and overall performance.
• Drive sales growth, membership performance, and profitability.
• Own key metrics, reporting, and P&L.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team.
• Coach and develop staff with a people-first mindset.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.
• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail.
• Use reporting/data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support service and business needs.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach.
