Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a General Manager to lead both the team and the business in a fast-paced spa environment. You will own spa performance, drive guest experience, and grow revenue while developing a high-performing team across multiple service lines.

The role emphasizes people-first leadership, accountability, and delivering a World Class Client experience (WCCE) at all touchpoints. Strong leadership and KPI focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
