Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager to lead our busy team and drive service excellence. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, growth minded, with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.
You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and drive membership growth while maintaining an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced spa environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in the spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- Strong customer service and sales background.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and one weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of service providers and front desk associates
- Drive membership sales and guest retention through coaching and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals
