Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business at our Laurel location. You will own spa performance, drive revenue, and develop a culture of excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong results.

The role requires leading a fast-paced multi-unit environment, building a world-class client experience, and managing P&L with a people-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Experience working with KPIs is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa operations and overall performance, including guest experience and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team; foster accountability and service excellence.
• Drive revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance; optimize scheduling and staffing.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach to grow the business.
