Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. The company seeks a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business, delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue and profitability.

You’ll own spa performance, build a culture of accountability and service excellence, recruit and develop your team, and align scheduling, marketing, and operations

Qualifications

3–5 years of leadership experience.
Proven success driving sales and team performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
P&L experience strongly preferred.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

Oversee spa operations and overall performance.
Drive sales growth, membership performance, and profitability.
Own key metrics, reporting, and P&L oversight.
