Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Coastal Monmouth County is seeking a high‑impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will own spa performance, drive guest experience, and steer sales, memberships, and profitability.

This role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a balance of people leadership with business acumen. You’ll manage KPIs, P&L, and a fast‑paced schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
