Qualifications

• Experience in spa or wellness management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual/multilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of pricing, retail math, and sales strategy.
• Experience in training, employee orientation, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with inventory management and bookkeeping.
• Cash handling and POS proficiency.
• Leadership with team motivation and supervision.
• Ability to supervise scheduling, payroll, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and employee orientation for new hires.
• Handle recruiting and interviewing processes to build a strong team.
• Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing to ensure adequate supplies.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or feedback promptly.
