Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will own spa performance, drive guest experience, and lead revenue growth while developing a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of leadership experience, a proven record in driving sales and team performance, and strong KPI and P&L capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
