Hand & Stone Franchise Corp is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business at our spa. You will own spa performance, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.

This role requires a people-first leader who can build a strong culture, recruit and train a top-performing team, and manage KPIs to achieve growth across memberships, services, and retail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Spa operations and overall performance.
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability.
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.
• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance.
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
