Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role requires a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.

You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results, overseeing operations, memberships, and local marketing initiatives across the unit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• KPIs experience required; P&L experience preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa operations and overall performance.
• Drive sales, memberships, and profitability.
• Own key metrics, reporting, and P&L.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to meet needs.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach.
• Ensure World Class Client Experience across touchpoints.
