Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate credit card machines per procedures.
• Set up and handle gift certificates.
• Stock office supplies for reception.
• Update daily log and communicate to staff.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Represent a friendly, professional image to guests.
• Refer guest complaints to management per policy.
• Ensure staff are informed of special needs.
• Follow lost and found and safety procedures.
