Job summary

Pink Shell Beach Resort seeks a Front Desk Agent for the Spa to warmly welcome guests and guide them on spa services, treatments, and retail products. You will schedule appointments via phone and in person, process payments, and check guests in/out with confidentiality and care.

You will actively upsell spa services, maintain a pristine spa environment, and communicate guest needs to Spa Management while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales or retail.
• At least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
• Must be polished and fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide tours of the facility with professional etiquette.
• Handle spa and salon appointment bookings by phone and in person.
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Process payments and check guests in/out in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa, locker rooms, and reception area throughout the day.
