Job summary

The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to coordinate the Guest Services team at our luxury spa. You will schedule front desk staff, ensure service quality within budgeted guidelines, and support ongoing training.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, enforcing compliance with city/state regulations, educating guests about services, promoting spa offerings, and leading a collaborative team to create unmatched guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One to Two years experience at a Luxury Spa.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ideal background in the hospitality industry, customer service, administrative, sales, office management.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for guest inquiries/problems.
• Insuring Therapist and other employees are compliant with City of Newport Beach Municipal Code, State Licenses and Permit to operate a Spa / Salon business.
• Properly educate guests in regards to services and products offered.
• Maintain a co-operative team attitude with co-workers.
• Promote Spa and all serviced products and programs.
• Lead team to create unparalleled guests experiences.
• Assist with reviews, inventory controls.
