Massage Heights Detroit Medical Center location is seeking a vibrant Guest Service Manager to deliver outstanding service and build lasting connections with guests. You will ensure smooth daily operations, greeting and checking guests in/out, and processing payments while driving memberships and product sales.

This fast-paced, people-first role requires 32+ hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work 32+ hours weekly, including weekends.
• Ability to travel between locations if needed.
• Comfort with using booking software.
