Qualifications

• Must be available to work 32+ hours/week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, welcome and check out guests, and process payments.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations.
• Help uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols through cleaning duties.
• Resolve guest inquiries professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and provide service recommendations.
• Build rapport with guests to create a warm, memorable experience.
