Massage Heights Buckhead is seeking a Spa Guest Experience Manager to lead guest interactions from the first call through checkout, delivering a five-star experience and driving memberships.

You'll build meaningful relationships, educate guests on Wellness Programs, and confidently promote memberships while targeting retention, pre-bookings, and service enhancements. Flexible hours include 30–35 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from first call to checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.

• Drive KPIs like membership conversion, retention, pre-bookings, and upsells.
• Own every phone call with professionalism and warmth.
• Coordinate scheduling with therapists and teammates for elevated service.
