Massage Heights seeks a personable Guest Service Manager for our Medical Center location to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, greet and check out guests, process payments, and support a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and provide thoughtful service recommendations.
