Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training for Hand & Stone Spa in Apex, NC. You will own the front desk experience, drive sales through membership, retail, gift cards, and services, and coach the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role develops leadership skills for future opportunities within our multi-unit organization, with promotion based on performance.

Qualifications

1-3 years of leadership experience.
Strong background in sales or performance-driven environments.
Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with booking systems (Zenoti) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance: achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; coach team on conversion; promote services and offers; support booking conversion.
Lead the front desk: own daily operations, guest flow, and performance; coach team to meet sales and service goals; drive membership conversion and guest experience.
Support the spa leadership team: assist GM with daily operations; train/onboard front desk staff; support reporting, cash handling, and systems; maintain consistency and momentum.
