Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Newark is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive sales, and develop a high-performance team. You will own guest flow, coaching, and daily operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities within the Hand & Stone brand.

The role emphasizes sales execution, customer experience, and operational excellence in a fast-paced spa environment, with a clear path to advancement within a multi-unit organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals.
• Coach front desk team on conversion and guest handling.
• Support daily operations and promote guest experience.
