Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role—you’ll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes.

You’ll coach hospitality team members to sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and consistently upsell advanced services, while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Hands-on track record coaching a team to hit retail and booking goals.
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties.
• Coach and develop hospitality team to sell retail and hit sales goals.
• Run daily sales huddles and provide real-time coaching on the floor.
• Maximize appointment book and drive upsells and advanced service bookings.
• Ensure the guest journey is followed from arrival to departure.
• Train new hires and serve as Manager on Duty, supporting the Spa Director.
