As the first point of contact, you’ll manage the booking book, support phones and inquiries, and help maintain a polished, guest-centered front desk. The role offers growth toward leadership with ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.

What You'll Do

• Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
• Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
• Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience

What Success Looks Like

• Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
• Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
• Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
• Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals
