Requires prior management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication skills. The role is full-time, on-site, with weekend availability and benefits varying by location.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Leadership experience in front-office operations or retail sales.
• Proven track record of driving sales goals including retail.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience in customer service and telephone reservations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Concierge Team in daily activities.
• Coach and develop Concierge Team to ensure top-tier service.
• Ensure daily sales goals are met.
• Ensure every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and collect payments for services.
• Partner with therapists to increase guest retention by scheduling next appointments.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience and amenities.
• Drive service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services.
• Remember guest preferences and personal details to enhance service.
